SETUP TIME: 8:30 a.m-12pm.
*Individual Set-up times will be assigned prior to event.
*Setup cannot take place during the event.
*Each vendor must keep at least one attendant at the booth during event hours.ADDITIONAL INFO:
*Payments are accepted via paypal in advance. Once approved we will invoice you for vendor fee.
*Vendor spots are confirmed upon receipt of vendor fee. We reserve the right to be selective.
*Refunds are granted up to a week prior to event date.
*Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables/chairs/linen/extension cords. Wifi & electricity are available.
*Secure parking is available at the lot across the street from Ambient Plus Studio (free for vendors/$5 for public).
